I designed tools at Catapult Sports that empower elite professional and collegiate teams—from the NFL and NBA to the EPL and NCAA—to unlock performance insights from complex data. Using continuous discovery methods, I identified customer needs, improved usability, and delivered impactful experiences across products. At Liberty Mutual, I created customer-facing experiences that made insurance simpler and more intuitive for millions of policyholders. Partnering with cross-functional teams, I improved usability, accessibility, and visual design across high-impact projects. Highlights include a self-service navigation redesign that generated $4.6M in business value and an interactive coverage customization tool that increased digital policy change transactions by 11%. I also led process improvements, introducing design version control that streamlined collaboration for a 50+ person UX organization.
